Refund and Cancellation Policy
How SpendClear subscriptions, cancellations, refund requests, and processing times are handled.

Subscription model
SpendClear operates on a monthly subscription basis at ZAR 20 per month.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will:
- Stop future recurring billing
- Allow continued access until the end of the active billing period
Refund policy
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial monthly usage
- Unused subscription periods
- Change of mind
Refund requests may be considered in cases involving:
- Duplicate billing
- Technical billing errors
- Proven platform malfunction
Refund requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.

Processing times
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Payment provider
Payments are securely processed via PayFast.
Policy changes
We reserve the right to update this policy where necessary.
