Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SpendClear, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Service description
SpendClear is a subscription-based spending behaviour and budgeting platform designed to help users monitor and analyse spending habits across categories such as groceries, fuel, entertainment, and related allocations.
Subscription fees
The service is billed at ZAR 20 per month.
Subscription fees may change in future. Users will be notified of pricing changes in advance.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
Payments are securely processed through PayFast.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to refunds for already billed periods.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
User responsibilities
Users agree:
- Not to misuse the platform
- Not to attempt unauthorised access
- To provide accurate information
- To maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Intellectual property
All platform content, software, branding, and functionality remain the property of SpendClear.

SpendClear does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or regulated financial services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpendClear shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Indirect damages
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Decisions made based on platform insights
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
